Winders Consulting is an advisor to Lessee’s and does not engage in Leasing so we can represent our client (for a modest fee) to insure that our client gets the lease that best fits their need and requirements. We also recommend terms, structure and help negotiate proper documentation. We also help establish leasing companies.

Selection of proper Lease; We will review your financials, operation, and business plan to determine which type of lease will serve you the best and then lay out the terms so you can request a lease proposal and be able to compare competitive results.

Maintaining records: We will establish a control system on all your leases and after reviewing the lease documentation include all references and give you notice of your requirements during the Lease. The system will advise you of termination dates, notice requirements, and required condition reports to properly complete the lease. We will also advise you on the correct end of the lease option and the procedure to exercise that option. If problems exist in the lease we will help you negotiate corrective addendums or changes to the lease within the proper rules and regulations.

Selection of Leasing Companies: Many Leasing companies specialize in different types of equipment, industries and transaction size with differing credit requirements and documentation. We will give you the names of Lessor’s that are considered the most competitive for your market and needs.

Negotiation of Lease: We can become your advisor on selecting a Leasing company and will help you to negotiate the best terms and documentation.

Establishing Leasing Activities: If you sell a product and wish to establish a leasing activity from a brokerage operation, selling of transactions or setting up a captive leasing company, Winders Consulting offers a complete package from policies, procedures, forms, and documentation to the establishment of a business plan and all the requirements or effects of Leasing on the parent organization.
